Fizz! Fizz! Car (Bubble Car)

Concept

I drew a car for my dad. He could swim in it not disturbing sea creatures. When my dad presses the button he feels like he is diving but none of the sharks can bite him because it would be scared off by the bubbles. The car's scissors would free little fish tangled in old nets. The car would fulfill my father's dream to see the underwater world.
